Wanted to wish you all a happy Hearths Warming Everypony! Enjoy your time off, and remember to value family, friends, and the ponies you love most! And I want to add one more thing before the holiday jumps into action. Christmas is is not about the gifts under the tree, it’s about spending time with family and giving and sharing, so before you are swallowed by the holidays and the events of the season, help a family in need. I try to do my best, in fact my group at the Sheriffs Dept just had a big event we call shop with a cop. It’s where low income family’s can apply for extra help this Christmas. We give each child in a family a $100 gift card to buy gifts for their families. And I’ll tell ya… There is no better feeling than knowing you have helped bring a family happiness.
Do what ever you can to benift a family or family member this year, remind them that someone out there cares. And in the faces of those hundreds of families and children that me and the local police in my area helped… I saw what true thankfulness was, and felt true happiness. So just remember, it’s not about the gifts you get, it’s about the gifts you give and the love you share, let everyone you know, know that they are loved and cared for… and yes that even means your crazy uncle Phil. So before I sign off for the holidays, I wish you all a merry Christmas and happy new year. And a wonderful Hearths Warming.
